Our Disabilities in the Workplace Training Course is designed to promote a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. What is AODA?
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) was put in place to reduce and remove barriers that those with disabilities face in their everyday lives. Learn More about the AODA.
Mandated training under the A.O.D.A. in Ontario, and highly recommended training that falls under the Canadian Human Rights Acts for all other provinces.
In 2005, Ontario enacted the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (the AODA). Across Canada, many aspects of the Ontario-specific AODA are captured within provincial Human Rights legislation. Regardless of your organization’s jurisdiction, accessibility in the workplace training is highly recommended. In Ontario, it’s mandatory.
