Health and Safety legislation is put in place to protect Canadian workers from injury and illness. Each province or jurisdiction has its own occupational health and safety legislation.
Compliance with legislation is the key to a successful and effective workplace health and safety program. It is important to note that legislation is always changing and evolving in order to better serve the people it’s meant to protect. It is important to stay up-to-date on the legislation that governs your jurisdiction.
eWorkplace Training is invested in ensuring that our training solutions always comply with the current legislation in your jurisdiction.
